Account Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go. You can request to delete your SatpamPro account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account?

Consider these alternatives instead of permanent deletion:

• Request data export: Download all your data before deleting
• Contact your supervisor: They may be able to deactivate your account temporarily
• Update privacy settings: Control what data is collected instead

You can also request account deletion by emailing us directly:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include your full name, email address, and phone number registered with SatpamPro.

After your account deletion request is processed:

Personal information (name, email, phone) will be deleted within 30 days
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., payroll records, incident reports) for up to 5 years as required by law
Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
Backup copies will be deleted according to our backup retention schedule (90 days maximum)
